For Your Year End Conference

 For our end of year evaluation process, we'll schedule and End of Year Conference with you.  Please review the following

Prior to the conference:
You will need to:

• Complete the self-assessment that has been emailed to you and submit the self-assessment prior to the conference including what is in bold below.
• Part One:  Student Learning Objectives
• The specific student achievement data listed in your IAGDs
• Part Two:  Professional Practice Objectives
• Artifacts of your work
• Part Three:  IDT self-assessment
• Provide a hard copy of what is listed above to your administrator.

At the conference:

• We'll provide you with a "snapshot" of the classroom observation.  The snapshot is a summary rating of the observation(s) in the four domains with an overall rating for practice.
• We'll review your self-assessment together.

After the conference:

• Your administrator will review the self-assessment and evidence to determine ratings in all four areas.  Note that the final rating may differ from the self-assessment rating based on the evidence that was provided and the administrator's observations.
• Your administrator will complete the end of year worksheet and will provide comments.
• The final worksheet and comments will be sent to you for your review and signature, with another opportunity to conference.
