Students will be dismissed from standard testing at 12:06.
Teachers who are NOT Associate Supervisors in
standard and non-standard testing rooms and CAPT proctors will be
able to leave for lunch at 12:10 and return by 1:00pm. Snacks will be available
in the guidance classroom. From 1:00-3:20pm, you'll have time on your own or
with your data team for planning.
Teachers who are Associate Supervisors in
standard rooms. We'll need you to help us collect and organize
materials after the test, possibly up to 1:00pm. We'll purchase a lunch for
you. Snacks will be available in the guidance classroom. From 1:00-3:20pm, you'll have time on your own or with
your data team for planning.
For all teachers
(freshmen and senior chaperones), note the exception below:
Teachers cannot leave prior to 3:20pm on this Wednesday. Now that
quarter three is almost over, you may want to spend the time analyzing your data
for your professional practice and student learning goals in preparation for end
of year conferences.

Snack passes. Please do not give students passes to the cafeteria to access the vending machines throughout the school day. We've found a number of students with passes to the cafeteria to access the vending machines, especially during our lunch blocks.
