can download the post test, complete and submit it to the main office. See
also, the annual training procedure through the link. There are no changes. The
blood borne pathogen training and a post test are to be completed within one
week of the beginning of each school year. Finally, the Blood Borne Pathogen
Exposure Incident Report form is available through the link as well. There were
minor revisions of this form. The school nurse does fill this out with the
employee, if possible, prior to seeking medical attention/ follow up for an
exposure.
