Mini-grants! The Mini-grant application was emailed last week. I strongly encourage you to think about what your classrooms might need to further the goals you have for your students. We’ve been able to purchase elmos, kindles, and more through these grants. They are due October 30th. Some ideas that won last year (that you can certainly extend): Document Cameras, Stability balls in place of chairs, stand up desks, School community garden, Coffee Hour for Performance Writing, E-readers, and kindles.
504 Case Review: All guidance counselors and administrators will be meeting Wednesday at 8:00 to review 504 cases. Please review the IAPs for your students with a 504, their current progress, and then share any concerns you have with your students’ guidance counselors for our discussion this Wednesday.
