Advisory on Wednesday.

Reminders and Due Dates:
Welcome back Gina Chace! We're glad you're back with us!The focus of Wednesday's guidance and administration meeting are 504 students. If you have a student on a 504 plan that is not performing well or if you have questions about students' 504 plans, please let their guidance counselor know and we'll review the case on Wednesday morning.
Attendance list: Since attendance information is available to you on PowerSchool for meeting attendance for all of your students, we're no longer going to be sending the daily attendance list. You should be using PS attendance to verify absences and reports cuts to the office.
Duties: The hallway near the front entrance and gym is very crowded in the mornings. If teachers who have the duty near the security office can help clear the hallway by moving students toward the cafe, it would be much appreciated.
Intercom: We are looking into changing the passcode for the intercom system. Please be very aware of students who might be near the phone in your classroom and never leave your class unsupervised.
Newsletter: We're not having a monthly newsletter this year, but rather a seasonal one. If you have an item for the winter (Nov-February) newsletter, please email me by January 15.
Posters: Please remember that all posters and flyers need to be approved by an admin and should be hung only in designated areas. If your event has passed, please be sure to send students around to take down flyers for events that have already occurred.
