Professional Time

Students will be dismissed from standard testing at 12:06. 

Teachers who are NOT Associate Supervisors in standard and non-standard testing rooms will be able to leave for lunch at 12:10 and return by 12:50pm.  We're hosting an ice cream social beginning at 12:50.  From 12:50-1:40pm, you'll have time on your own or with your data team for planning.  Your curriculum meetings will start at 1:40pm.

 

Teachers who are Associate Supervisors in standard rooms.  We'll need you to help us collect and organize materials after the test, possibly up to 1:00pm.  We'll purchase a lunch for you.  I'm also requesting that you'll be excused from the curriculum meetings.

 

Teachers who are Associate Supervisors in non-standard rooms.Students will be dismissed at 1:20pm.  Associate Supervisors will be asked to stay to help collect and organize the materials for the day.  We'll purchase a lunch for you.  I'm also requesting that you be excused from the curriculum meetings.

 

Each department should be hearing from their supervisor about the specific plan from 1:40-3:20pm.

There will be no advisory meeting on Wednesday.

Tuesday afternoon-If teachers are available, we'll be setting up rooms for the SAT and can use any additional help.

Scheduling. The student request window closes this Friday, March 4th. Please remind all students to enter their requests by Friday.  Take some time in your classes to recommend electives in your department.

Field trips.  As we head into spring, there have been a number of field trip requests.  We won't be able to approve field trips if there are no substitutes available for that day.  Please be sure to submit the medical review forms when submitting your field trip forms for approval.
